These resilient young men and women, many hailing from Anaheim will spend two weeks working on the Watershed Protection Mission overseen by the Cal OES Watershed and Debris Flow Task Force. They will help install filter barriers in and around properties in the fire burn scars to reduce the amount of contaminants that can enter storm drains and then flow into our waterways and communities.
