An Army Veteran and a Mother of four, Kathryn Morrison continues to live by its 7 core values, Leadership, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. As the Chief Executive Officer for 38Alpha, she thrives off being the liaison to success for various non-profit organizations, government entities, and small and medium-sized businesses.
Kathryn has rejoined the Association of California Cities Orange County to drive Member Services where she will interact with new, existing, and potential members regularly, directing her team on how to enhance membership. Kathryn has been recognized as a 40 under 40 honoree by the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce, recognized as the next generation business leader and advocate who is making strides in their business community in Orange County.
Experienced in government relations within Orange County, Kathryn works closely with local government officials and its staff to support the Orange County Council of Governments in her role as Clerk of the Board/Government Relations for the Orange County Council of Governments.

Through her involvement with Salvation Army, she serves on the Women of Innovation Board. Kathryn is also making an impact at one of Orange County’s most loved non-profit organizations, Working Wardrobes. She sits on the Public Affairs Committee contributing her time to give back to the power of a paycheck.
Kathryn has cultivated enduring relationships throughout her career and believes that community is what makes the economy go around.
