Infrastructure Tour: Bridges at Kraemer Place

Join ACC-OC and our partners to learn about Bridges at Kraemer Place. Bridges opened in 2017 as the County’s first emergency Shelter, located in the City of Anaheim. Bridges is operated by Mercy House Living Centers (Mercy House) through a contract with the County of Orange. Bridges provides shelter and supportive services for up to 200 adult individuals experiencing homelessness in the North Service Planning Area (SPA). Mercy House provides trauma informed services with an emphasis on stabilization, permanent housing placements and re-integration of participants back into the community. Bridges also has an on-site health clinic, with services for participants provided by Share Our Selves (SOS).
